Orders & Payments

• Orders must be placed through our website or approved sales channels.

• Payments must be made in full at the time of order unless otherwise arranged.

Shipping, Delivery & Pickup

• Local pickup or delivery is available as specified at checkout.

• Farmers market purchases are sold “as is” and must be consumed within recommended timeframes.

• Cotton and Crumb Cottage is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

• Due to the perishable and custom nature of our baked goods and charcuterie boards, all food sales are final.

• Apparel and non-perishable items may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unworn, unused, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective.

• Refunds will be issued at our discretion.

Allergens & Food Safety

• All food products are prepared in a home kitchen that may process allergens including, but not limited to, wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.

• We do not guarantee allergen-free products. Customers with allergies or sensitivities purchase and consume at their own risk.
