At Cotton and Crumb Cottage, we want you to enjoy your order and have a positive experience shopping with us. Please read our Refund & Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping & Delivery

​

  • Local Pickup/Delivery: Available as specified at checkout. Delivery times will be arranged based on location and availability.

  • Farmers Markets: All purchases at markets are final and products must be consumed within the recommended timeframe.

  • Shipping Apparel & Non-Perishables: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided.

  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Refunds & Returns

​

  • Perishable Goods (cookies, cakes, charcuterie boards): All food sales are final due to the custom and perishable nature of these products. No returns or refunds are accepted once the order has been prepared or delivered.

  • Apparel & Non-Perishables: May be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn, unused, and in original condition. Items must include original packaging and proof of purchase.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Exchanges

​

  • Exchanges are only available for apparel or non-perishable items if inventory allows. Custom or personalized items cannot be exchanged.

How to Start a Return (Eligible Items Only)

  1. Email us at contactus@cottonandcrumbcottage.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Ship your return to the address provided in our reply. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about your refund or exchange.
